Privacy Policy
UROSE Mental Health Services · Last updated July 2026
The short version: we built this to hold as little of your information as possible. We do not store your conversations. The only thing we keep is the email address you log in with.
What we collect
Your email address. We use it to sign you in with a secure link and to know that you are a current member. That is the only personal detail the Companion asks you for. Please do not type your full name, address, or other identifying details into the chat.
Your conversations stay with you
We do not save your chats on our servers. Your conversation is kept only in your own web browser, on your own device, so you can pick up where you left off. You can clear it anytime from the menu inside the Companion.
If you ever want Ms. Jane to see a conversation, you choose to send it using the “Share with Ms. Jane” button. Nothing is sent to her unless you tap it.
How the AI works
To write each reply, your messages are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) for processing and then the reply comes back to you. Under our agreement with them, your messages are not used to train their AI models. We do not keep a copy.
Safety alerts
If the Companion detects that you may be in crisis, it shows you the 988 and 911 resources right away. It may also send Ms. Jane a simple alert so she is aware. That alert is content-free: it contains only the time it happened, not what you wrote.
Cookies
We use a single sign-in cookie so you stay logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Who else is involved
We rely on a few trusted providers to run the service:
- Anthropic, to generate the Companion’s responses.
- Resend, to send your one-time login email.
- Skool, our membership and billing platform.
- Vercel, which hosts the website.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it except as needed to run the service or to comply with the law.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address for as long as you are a member. When your membership ends, your email is removed from the member list and can no longer be used to log in.
Your choices
You can clear your conversation anytime, sign out, and ask us to remove your email from our records. To make a request, contact us at the address below.
Children
The Companion is for adults 18 and older. It is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we update this policy, we will change the date at the top of this page.
