Terms of Service
UROSE Mental Health Services · Last updated July 2026
1. Who we are
UROSE Mental Health Services is founded by Jane Kearney, MA, LPC, a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Georgia. UROSE offers an online support companion (the “Companion”) and a membership community to the people Ms. Jane works with. By creating an account or using the Companion, you agree to these Terms.
2. What the Companion is, and is not
The Companion is an AI tool that shares Ms. Jane’s own self-help practices and psychoeducation. It is meant to support you between sessions.
The Companion is not therapy, not clinical or medical care, and not a crisis service. Using it does not create a therapist-client or any other professional relationship. It does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. For clinical care, book a session with Ms. Jane by calling 470-742-8160.
If you are in crisis or in danger, call or text 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline), or call 911. The Companion will point you to these resources, but it cannot keep you safe on its own.
3. Who can use it
You must be 18 or older and located in the United States to use the Companion and the membership. It is for your personal use only. Do not share your login.
4. Membership and payment
Membership is billed through our community platform (Skool). Plans and prices are shown at signup. Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime and keep access through the end of the period you paid for.
Refunds: if the membership is not right for you, request a refund within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund that payment. The ebook “Her Frequencies” is a separate product and is non-refundable once downloaded.
5. Using it responsibly
Please use the Companion for your own support and growth. Do not use it to harm yourself or others, to get medical, legal, or financial advice, or in any unlawful way. We may pause or end access that is misused or that puts you or others at risk.
6. Ms. Jane’s content
The tools, exercises, writing, and materials in UROSE, including the Companion and the ebook, belong to Jane Kearney and UROSE Mental Health Services. They are for your personal use. Please do not copy, resell, or republish them.
7. No guarantees
The Companion is provided as is. Everyone is different, and we cannot promise any particular result. AI can occasionally be wrong or incomplete. Use your judgment, and bring anything important to Ms. Jane directly.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, UROSE Mental Health Services and Jane Kearney are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Companion. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Changes
We may update the Companion and these Terms from time to time. If we make a meaningful change, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Companion after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
